Founded in 1998 and recognized by the Resolution # 0905 by the Department of Health of Valle del Cauca. It is a non-profit organization that looks after people affected by Alzheimer's in Colombia. It develops health, education and research programs. It also handles its own nursing homes, specialized in the care of the patients and their families.
As a specialized nursing home, it takes care of people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other age-related dementias; and accompanies families and caretakers during all the stages.
Mission
To improve quality of life of the people affected by Alzheimer's and other age-related dementias, through programs that allow diagnoses, care, and treatment in a more effective way. Likewise it gives an utmost importance to prevention, research and specialized handling of the disease.
Vision
To become the first Integral Colombian Nursing Home and Center, and gain national and international recognition for our innovation, leadership, and research focused towards an integral, human, creative, professional, and scientific attention; oriented to improving health and life quality of people affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias that damage brain function.
